YOUTH KUNGFU


Kids that are practicing Kung Fu will have a stronger body and mind. The classes focus on building self-confident, concentration, discipline, patience, coordination and self defense as well as  strengthen the muscles, flexibility, endurance and improvement in overall physical and mental health.

WHAT WILL BE LEARNED:
Various Stretching techniques for flexibility, reduce risk of injury
Basic sets of kicks and punches
Shaolin hand forms and/or weapons
Sparring/Self defense

Note: Each belt level will learn different selected Shaolin forms
