Training combat and authentic fighting experiences. In addition to give students the chance to learn many aspect of Chinese Kickboxing. A hugely effective form of combat that will give students fighting fit for their self-defense and sport combat. The techniques are including natural punches, kicks, and take downs to the point that students become natural and easy to use.
